One Day Retreat

Starting in March 2009, we are offering short getaway retreats in selected beautiful locations throughout the San Francisco bay area.


US_BootCamp_Road

Our camps are designed as a short getaway to relax, do some yoga, meditate among quiet surroundings and eat nutritious, healthy food with an Indian twist.

Our guests participate in nature walks and hikes and fitness exercises with Bollywood dance energies and styles.

Our yoga instructors will focus on yoga exercises for busy people that you can take with you to practice at home.

These events are also wonderful getaways for a group of friends.



Weekend Boot Camps

Our US Boot Camps are designed to reflect the wellness experience with a duration over a weekend, so it can easily fit into the busiest of schedules.

Our weekends include specially selected wellness teas and a carefully planned menu and dining experience of tropical foods, fruits and juices known for their health benefits and cleansing properties.

 We provide wellness guest speakers, yoga and meditation classes, and weather permitting, hikes and walks among nature.
